District Nurses
The District Nursing Services visit housebound patients, in their own home, and services include
- Wound care
- Care of the terminally ill
- Care of the chronically sick
- Care of the disabled
District Nurse for the homeless
Works closely with the surgery providing support for our homeless patients.
Health Visitors & Flying Start
The Services offered include:
- Children’s Health Checks
- Advice on children’s health
- Post natal well-being
- Health promotion and advice
- Baby Clinics on Wednesday from 11.30-13.30
- Home visiting

Midwife
Antenatal clinic is run on a Wednesday Morning from 11.00 to 12.00 noon at the Health Centre, mainly by Fiona. The Community Midwife team can be contacted at Anwen Ward, Llandough Hospital on 029 2071 6040
