Welcome to Butetown Medical Practice

Butetown Medical Practice offers a walk-in open GP surgery every morning between 9am and 11am. As the demand is very variable, the waiting times each morning will also vary. Our team of highly trained paramedics and practice nurses provide a wide range of services and assist doctors in surgery. Practice nurses have a wide range of expertise and conduct various clinics including Asthma and Diabetes. We also offer booked appointments which enable you to plan a little better

Many patients have complex needs and we do our best to keep to scheduled appointment times, but this is not always possible.  We hope patients understand that if they need time, we try to give it.  Bookings can be made via My Health Online, telephone or in person.

If you cannot keep an appointment please inform us as soon as possible on 02920 483 126 (if you do not have My Health Online access) so that the appointment may be offered to another patient and hence make it easier to get appointments when you ring in.
