What is My Health Online (MHO)?
It is an NHS online system that allows patients the you to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online.

How to register
If you wish to register to use the My Health On Line please ask the reception staff to request a My Health Online Account Form. Please bring proof of identity documents with you as it is necessary to protect patient confidentiality. Identification documents should confirm your full name, residential address and date of birth. Ideally this will include photo ID such as a passport or new style driving licence.
Once completed you will receive a unique Account Id for accessing the MHO website and starting the online registration.
